The ANTIFASHION Project proposes a reflection on the imposed beauty standards, preconceptions and norms of society. Let fashion be a form of expression of the individual rather than strings attached and insecurity.

MILES OF STORIES
We created concept pieces from recovery of textile material discarded by the automobile industry. Through upcycling we put the used truck canvas to ride around and tell new stories.

UPCYCLED SANTOS DUMONT BAG
During the event Inspiramais 2019 in São Paulo, we presented a upcycled bag inspired on the shower created by Santos Dumond (the first hot and cold shower in Brazil). Therefore the bag has two compartments (cold and hot, like the original shower) joined by magnets. The compartments can be separated and used individually. The handles are made with reused hoses and represent cold (blue) and hot (orange) water currents. The bag is made of PVC residue that has been painted in metallic color giving the material a new look.
It was part of the project Brazilian References directed by Julia Webber and the design of the piece is by Helen Minuzzi.
